DAY 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Start your safari with a hearty breakfast, followed by a meeting with your representative, where you will receive detailed information about your upcoming trip. You will then embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you will admire picturesque grasslands adorned with ancient baobab trees, see traditional Maasai farms and observe nomadic herders tending their livestock. Upon arrival in the park, you will see its famous landscapes and wildlife, including towering baobab trees, elusive pythons and the largest concentration of African elephants. Also keep an eye out for lions, leopards and cheetahs. Enjoy a picnic lunch around midday before continuing your afternoon game drive. End the day by returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2: Tarangire National Park – Lake Manyara National Park

The drive will take approximately six hours, depending on the wildlife activity; the southern plains are occasionally teeming with game.
